2. What is Alessandro Clima Ltd?Is an Interior Design studio specialised in bespoke furniture. All my commissions contain one-off pieces.
3. Which has been the most gratifying moment to date? When I designed my very first home in 2001. The client gave me cart-blanche with the project which resulted in the completion of a dream home.
4. Which has been the most difficult and how have you overcome it? Getting through to builders that technical drawings are important and must be consulted.
5. What is hope?Believing in a better world.
6. What do you miss most about Italy? What less?+ the sea
- queuing up at post office
7. Which book will you pack for your next holiday? None since I don’t read on holiday.
8. Which film will you watch next?'Los brazos rotos' directed by Pedro Almodovar.
9. As you know, one of the objectives of the Accademia Apulia is to help youngsters benefit from an international work/study experience. We do this also by identifying role models that have been able to establish themselves overseas. What is your message for youngsters who are starting out? Give it your best shot - work hard if you want to see good results.
London is a hard but it does allow people to make it in a short space of time – something unheard of in Italy.
