Accademia Apulia to produce Melting Pot - a film promoting Cultural Diversity

14 actors/participants from different ethnic backgrounds, with a playing age of 18-30, are required for the production of a 60" film promoting Cultural Diversity.

The film aims to show the importance of intercultural harmony. Open mindedness is at the heart of tolerance and respect. It does not matter where people are from or what colour their passport is. What matters is one’s willingness to be part of a common journey.

If you share these values, Accademia Apulia UK would like to hear from you.

Whilst you don’t need to be a professional actor/model, you do need to be able to improvise un-scripted scenes, contribute with ideas and not be camera-shy. Most importantly, you need to be able to be comfortable with a cast and crew you never met before and enjoy their presence over a dinner party!

The film, directed by Riccardo Sai, will to take place in central London on 21/01/2012 between 2-8pm. There is no monetary reward for your contribution, but the film will be used as a major promotional tool throughout 2012. An official launch night for the film will take place in April 2012.  You will be able to use the film as part of your showreel.

If you would like to be part of this exciting project, please email your pictures, showreel (if you have one) and resume’ to accademia.apulia@gmail.com
